HENDERSON (January 6, 2026) – Vegas Knight Hawks General Manager and Head Coach Mike Davis announced today, January 6, the team has signed kicker Gabriel Rui for the 2026 IFL season.
Rui has spent the last five seasons with the IFL's Iowa Barnstormers. He appeared in 71 games completing 73 of 167 field goals with a career long of 52 yards. He also completed 279 PATs.
Rui was named the 2024 IFL Special Teams Player of the Year and named to the 2024 All-IFL First Team as well as the 2023 and 2022 All-IFL Second Teams. He has been named IFL Special Teams Player of the Week seven times in his career.
