The Knight Hawks' first touchdown of 2025 was a 20-yard running score from quarterback
Ja'Rome Johnson at 12:17 in the second quarter. This cut the San Diego lead to 14-6.
Quentin Randolph secured his first touchdown catch of the season on a 45-yard throw from Johnson with 12 seconds left in the half. The score at the end of the first half was 31-18 San Diego.
With 30-seconds left in the third quarter, Wimbush scored his second of the game out of the wildcat formation. Vegas got the deficit down to single digits, 41-32
At 7:30 in the fourth,
DaQuan Dudley ran it in for his first score as a Knight Hawk. He then caught the 2-point conversion cutting the Strike Force lead to a single point, 41-40.
James Ceasar broke up three consecutive passes with less than four minutes left in the game forcing a San Diego turnover on downs.
With one minute left in the game, Randolph caught his second touchdown of the game and
Tamerion Terry converted the 2-point try. Vegas had their first lead, 48-41.
