90 seconds into the second quarter Bay Area doubled their lead to 12-0.
The following 13 minutes were fraught with offensive miscues and missed and blocked kicks from both sides. It wasn't until there was only five seconds remaining in the half that Bay Area broke the stalemate by converting a field goal attempt to raise their lead to 15-0.
Ja'Rome Johnson came in at quarterback to begin the second half and took Vegas down the field for their first points of the night, cutting into the Panther lead 15-6.
Bay Area answered quickly with a touchdown of their own bumping their lead to 22-6 with seven minutes left in the third quarter. They tacked on two more points with a deuce on the proceeding kickoff.
The teams then traded touchdown drives. However, Bay Area's PAT was blocked for the third time and
James Ceasar ran it back for two points. This made the score at the end of the third 30-15.
Vegas and Bay Area continued to go blow-for-blow by answering each other's touchdowns. The score minute mark of the fourth was 44-23 Bay Area.
