NOTES

The Vegas defense started off strong, forcing a Tucson three-and-out on their first possession. The subsequent Tucson field goal attempt was wide left.

Phoenix Sproles put Vegas on the board with his first touchdown grab of the night, this gave the Knight Hawks a 7-0 lead with 10 minutes left in the first quarter.

Shortly after, Darius Williams picked off the Jorge Reyna pass and returned it to midfield.

Quentin Randolph capitalized by catching his twenty-first touchdown of the season giving Vegas a 14-0 lead with four minutes left in the opening quarter.

Tucson's first points would come on a field goal early in the second, cutting the Vegas lead to 14-3.

Antonio Wimbush would then return following kickoff for a touchdown, giving Vegas a 20-3 lead.

Both teams would trade scoreless drives before Wimbush would break the stalemate with a rushing touchdown in the final seconds of the half. Giving Vegas a 27-3 lead going into the break.

On their first possession of the second half, Quentin Randolph broke the Knight Hawks record for touchdown receptions in a season with 22.

His record setting catch gave Vegas a 34-3 lead with 10:23 to go in the third quarter

CJ Jefferson joined in on the scoring fun moments later when he ran in his first of the night. Vegas led 41-3 with seven minutes to go in the third quarter.

Tucson scored their first touchdown of the game as time expired in the third, Reyna would throw an interception on the two-point attempt. The score going into the fourth quarter was 41-9 for the Knight Hawks.

Tucson scored a deuce on their kickoff, chipping into the Vegas lead, 41-11.

Randolph increased his franchise record with his twenty-third TD catch of the year to give Vegas a 48-11 lead late in the fourth.

Tucson would answer quickly with a touchdown of their own, the score read 48-18 with three minutes remaining in the game.

CJ Windham Jr. would tack on the final touchdown of the night to make the final score 55-18.

NEXT TIME OUT

The Knight Hawks await the final score of the San Diego-Arizona game on Sunday night to determine their first-round playoff opponent. If San Diego wins, the Knight Hawks will travel to Bay Area on Sunday, August 3. If San Diego loses, the Knight Hawks will play at Arizona on Monday, August 4.
