The Knight Hawks defeated the Green Bay Blizzard on Saturday night at Tucson Arena in Tucson, Arizona to earn their first IFL National Championship title. The team accomplished this feat in just their fourth year in the Indoor Football League

The scoring started quickly as Vegas and Green Bay scored touchdowns on every drive of the opening frame resulting in a 14-13 lead for the Blizzard.
The Vegas points came on the ground as
Quentin Randolph and
Antonio Wimbush each had a rushing score.
Vegas opened the second quarter on offense. On back-to-back plays Wimbush had a 20-yard catch-and-run and a 10-yard touchdown run to retake the lead for Vegas, 20-14.
The teams traded touchdowns, one passing by Green Bay and a Jayden De Laura rushing score, raising the score to 28-23 with 3 minutes left in the half.
A Green Bay rushing touchdown took a 30-28 lead into the one-minute warning for the Blizzard.
With 14 seconds before halftime, De Laura dodged a bevy of defenders before finding Randolph in the back of the endzone to reclaim the lead, 35-30
Green Bay ended the first half by converting a field goal from midfield to cut into the Vegas lead, 35-33.
Green Bay opened the second half with a rushing touchdown four minutes into the third giving them a 40-35 lead.
The Knight Hawks and Blizzard offenses refused to give in, continuing to trade scores. Following two rushing touchdowns by both teams, Green Bay held a 54-50 lead at the end of the third quarter.
Keeping true to the theme of scoring on the ground, CJ Windham Jr ran in his first touchdown of the night. This gave Vegas a 57-54 lead.
Green Bay responded with a passing score to leapfrog back into the lead, 61-57 with 5:43 remaining.
De Laura retook the lead, 64-61 on his second rushing touchdown of the night.
On the final play of the game, from within the one-yard line, Green Bay's efforts to score were stuffed by a staunch Vegas front line.
After a review, the ruling stood, and Vegas was crowned the 2025 IFL National Champion.
