OPPONENT BREAKDOWN: GREEN BAY BLIZZARD

The IFL National Championship is fast approaching, this year's contest will see the Vegas Knight Hawks take on the Green Bay Blizzard on August 23 at Tucson Arena. These teams have only played each other one time, a 34-25 Blizzard victory in the Knight Hawks inaugural season. Because of the unfamiliarity we want to give an in-depth look at this year's Blizzard team.

QUARTERBACKS:
Green Bay's starting QB is Max Meylor. Meylor put together one of the best statistical seasons in IFL history. He led Green Bay's offense to a league high 53.7 points per game. He threw for 2,850 yards and 65
touchdowns; he also connected on 62.2 percent of his passes. With 660 rushing yards and 22 touchdowns, he is also Green Bay's leading rusher. Meylor was named to the All-IFL First Team.

RUNNING BACKS:
Running back Kymani Clarke is the Blizzard's top back. On 112 attempts he rushed for 507 yards and 20 touchdowns. Clarke leads the team in yards per game, averaging 46 yards per contest. Fellow running back Jalyn Cagle appeared in eight games this season and rushed for 234 yards and four touchdowns.

WIDE RECIVERS:
The top pass-catcher on the Blizzard is All-IFL Second Team and All-Rookie selection TJ Davis. Davis caught 68 passes for 877 yards and 25 touchdowns, putting him third in the league in both touchdown catches and receiving yards. Joining Davis at receiver is Lowell Patron Jr. and Andre Williams. Patron Jr. is second on the team with 671 receiving yards and 12 touchdown catches. Williams is third with 496 receiving yards and 11
touchdowns.

O-LINE:
Two members of Green Bay's offensive line were selected to the All-IFL Second Team: Center Andrew Carter and lineman Jake Parks. These two are critical parts of the Blizzard's top ranked offense.

D-LINE:
IFL All-Rookie Team selection Allen Henry is Green Bay's leader in TFLs with 12, totaling 52 yards, he also has 38 total tackles and four sacks. The team's leader in sacks is Scean Mustin with five on the year. He also leads the team in fumble recoveries with three. Fellow defensive lineman Tramond Lofton is tied with Mustin for the team lead in blocked kicks with two.

LINEBACKERS:
Green Bay's top linebacker is Andre White. He is second on the team in tackles with 72 and third in TFLs with seven and a half. White also has a forced fumble, fumble recovery, and an interception on the year.

DEFENSIVE BACKS:
Nijul Canada is the team leader in tackles with 78, he also has an interception and seven bass break-ups. Kevin Ransom leads the team in picks and pass breakups with five and 12 respectively. Along with Canada and Ransom, Cail Jackson Jr. is third on the team in tackles with 62 and second in interceptions with two.

SPECIAL TEAMS:
Kicker Andrew Mevis was the league's top scoring kicker in 2025 with 143 points. He hit 101 out of 109 PATs and was 14-for-22 on field goal attempts.

COACHES:
The Green Bay Blizzard's Head Coach and General Manager Corey Roberson was the 2024 IFL Coach of the Year. Green Bay's Offensive Coordinator Matt Behrendt was named the IFL's 2025 Assistant Coach of the Year.
